The nose is fruity and relatively dry. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and slight notes of wild fruits associated with hints of wild strawberry, coffee as well as a discreet hint of undergrowth and mocha. The palate is fruity, mineral, juicy, round, relatively fat and offers an acid/fruity frame as well as a slight suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, slight notes of wild strawberry associated with small berries, hints of toasted oak as well as discreet hints of chocolate, a very discreet hint of caramelization and a hint of vanilla. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
