The nose is elegant, fresh, spicy and airy. It reveals notes of wild cassis, Timut pepper, small bright red berries and small notes of wild raspberries associated with touches of pepper, blonde tobacco, plum blossom and spices. The palate is elegant, fruity, mineral and racy and offers delicacy, fat, roundness, suppleness and a racy minerality. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, bright raspberry and small notes of cherry associated with touches of cornflower, violet, graphite, as well as hints of blonde tobacco, a fine hint of nutmeg, roasted almond and a touch of star anise and toast. Tannins are discreetly sticky.
