The nose is mineral. There are notes of fresh blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and, more slightly, fresh strawberry, combined with fine points of fresh/pulpy plum and fine points of cuben pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity and shows juiciness, some gourmandize, energy, roundness, a certain elegance in its concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackcurrant, bright raspberry and more slightly morello cherry combined with hints of black tea, chocolate and fine points of fresh hazelnut.
