The nose is fruity, very discreetly tight and offers a fine concentration, a certain power. The wine deserves to be decanted. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and slight notes of lily associated with touches of small ripe berries, slight hints of crushed strawberry, licorice as well as a discreet hint almost roasted and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, smoothness, a slight richness in freshness, a certain gourmandise as well as a slight creaminess in freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of violet, cornflower and slightly pulpy /juicy raspberry associated with touches of crushed berries as well as hints of star anise and a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla. Harmonious wine. Nice job on the good bitters.
