Château La Verrière – Sauvignon Blanc 2020, Bordeaux Blanc

On the nose, aromatic and offers gourmandize, elegance, a little intensity and complexity. It reveals notes of fleshy apple, fleshy pear and slightly fresh nectarine associated with touches of lemon blossom, toasted and almond. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, gourmandize as well as a little richness, roundness, pulpiness and good definition. The wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy apple, pulpy/juicy lychee and more lightly crushed nectarine combined with hints of lime, lemon blossom and wafts of exotic berries, yuzu and toast. Good length.
