Château La Verrière 2020 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose is juicy, fruity and offers a certain precise concentration as well as a certain brightness of the fruit. It reveals notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, small pulpy red berries and small notes of violet associated with touches of bright fruits as well as fine hints of black tea and violet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, gourmandize, elegance, a certain concentration/richness of the fruit as well as a beautiful textured and velvety touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, small pulpy/juicy red fruits and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of cornflower, black tea, fresh nutmeg, racy minerality and fine hints of Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Tannins are mellow and gourmands.
