The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a racy minerality as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of small ripe wild fruits, cassis and small notes of cuben pepper associated with touches of sense of the place (local biotope) as well as very fine hints of pepper and a hint of fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity, gourmand and offers suavity, a beautiful fat, fullness, a fine acidulous frame and a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, crushed blackberry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as fine hints of caramelization, mild tobacco, an imperceptible hint of oak (in the background) and toasted hazelnut. Good length. Tannins are precise and finely firm. A very finely powdered finish. Gourmandize and appetence on the finish/persistence.
