The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a mineral frame, a small tension, a very fine salinity (in the background), a good volume, juiciness, a fine freshness, crunchiness as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry and flowers (violet, lilac and a very discreet hint of rose) associated with fine hints of ripe/crushed small red berries as well as subtle hints of liquorice and an imperceptible hint of liquorice and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background). Tannins are elegant. There are a fine salinity as well as a fine hint of grilled on the finish.
