The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, tension, fattness, a coating side in the mouth. It expresses notes of crushed blackberry, fresh/crushed raspberry and small notes of fresh lily associated with pulpy/juicy plum as well as hints of star anise and a sappy hint. The tannins are supple.
