Château La Vaisinerie 2019

On the nose it is fresh and offers a little crunch, fruit and a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, fresh flowers and more slightly of fresh red berries associated with a touch of crunchy cherry, a hint of cherry blossoms as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and toast. The palate is fresh and offers crunch, a tangy texture as well as bitter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy blackberry, fresh raspberry and more slightly fresh / crunchy cassis associated with touches of lilac, violet as well as fine hints of crunchy redcurrants, toasted and a hint of chocolate (background).
