The nose is fine. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, sour cherry and discreet hints of raspberry associated with touches of cherry jam, liquorice, a discreet hint of tobacco and a discreet hint of spice. The mouth is fruity, relatively fine, well-balanced, fat and offers juiciness as well as a good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and discreet notes of raspberry combined with discreet touches of wild strawberry, small berries, touches of liquorice, toasted touches / vanilla and a very discreet hint of coffee on the finish. Tannins are slightly firm and fine. Good length and persistence. There is a slight hint of chocolate on the persistence / retro.
