Château La Tour de Ségur 2018 – Lussac Saint-Emilion

The nose is fruity and offers power as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, bright wild strawberry, small notes of Boysen berry associated with fine touches of liquorice, small bright blue berries as well as fine touches of liquorice, small bright blue berries, a discreet hint of liquorice and an imperceptible hint of black tea. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with small touches of small red berries, violet, lilac as well as subtle hints of liquorice, a very discreet mineral/Saline hint and an imperceptible hint of toasted/caramelization.
