The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with small touches of small red berries, violet, lilac as well as subtle hints of liquorice, a very discreet mineral/Saline hint and an imperceptible hint of toasted/caramelization.
