The nose is aromatic, juicy and relatively intense. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and slight notes of red fruits (raspberry, wild red berries) associated with discreet hints of violet, lilac (very discreet), toasted oak, mocha and cardamom. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, nicely built, round and offers a beautiful fat, an aerial side, ac acid frame, a racy minerality as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, plum and slight/discreet notes of red berries, cherry associated with slight notes of grilled oak, roasting as well as a hint of mocha and tobacco. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and persistence on notes of minerality and cacao.
