The nose is fruity and more intense and concentrated than the 2011 vintage. It reveals notes of red fruit with a touch of black fruit, cocoa bean and mocha. The mouth is full/ample, silky, elegant, fine, fresh and offers a quite fleshy texture. There is a small tension in the mouth. It expresses notes of strawberry, plum and blackberry associated with a touch of cherry, woody notes and a touch of chocolate powder and pepper on the finish. The tannins are fine, elegant and very slightly firm. A beautiful and elegant wine.
