The nose is elegant, racy and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of violet, almost hints of crushed violet plum as well as hints of liquorice and a subtle hint of sweet spices. The palate is nicely built, supple, fresh, juicy, gourmande and offers a good definition, pulpiness as well as a certain brilliance of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy blueberry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of creamy redcurrants as well as hints of liquorice stick, toast and chocolate.
