Château La Tour Blanche 2019 – Sauternes 1er Grand Cru Classé Sauternes

The nose is fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, tension, precision as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of lemon, sugared green apple, small notes of zests, verbena associated with touches of quenette, flint/terroir as well as discreet hints of lemon flowers and jasmin. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, elegant and offers an acidulous frame, a good definition, juiciness, tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sugared/fresh lemon, fresh apple, small notes of sugared zests associated with touches of nectarine, quenette, lemon flowers, hints of juicy/fleshy apricot, fresh mango as well as discreet hints of nutmeg, flint and brioche. Good length.
