It reveals notes of quince, candied pear, small notes of small candied peach, candied brugnon associated with touches of yuzu zests, crystallized lemon, quenette as well as fine hints of racy minerality/flint, lemon flowers, very discreet hints of spices, an imperceptible hint of fresh verbena and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, energy, gourmandize, a fine power as well as a fine syrupy side, a good definition, a good balance, elegance and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied white peach, brugnon in syrup, small notes of crystallized mandarine as well as a hint of roasted pineapple, dry apricot, discreet hints of racy minerality (terroir), fresh verbena and a very discreet hint of vanilla. Good length.
