The nose is floral and offers intensity and concentration. There are notes of lily, iris and, more slightly, pulpy raspberry, combined with touches of rose, juicy/fresh berries, as well as fine hints of liquorice, Sichuan pepper and a very discreet touch of fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, good definition, freshness and a good work on the bitter taste. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of violet, iris and, more slightly, fresh plum/crunchy plum, combined with touches of red berries, as well as fresh tobacco and a hint of spice. A very fine chewiness on the finish.
