The nose is fruity and relatively juicy. It reveals slight notes of blackberry and cassis associated with touch of wild strawberry, small red berries as well as notes of spices, a hint of pepper, cherry as well as woody touch and a discreet hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good volume, a small juiciness, a mineral frame as well as a slight acidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and slight notes of wild strawberry associated with a hint of redcurrant, plum as well as slight notes of toasted oak and discreet hints of sweet spices. Tannins are fine and very slightly dry. Good length.
