The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is delicate, yet complex and pure. It reveals notes of ripe black fruit (morello cherry, black plum, blackberry, blackcurrant), tangy red fruit (red cherry, cranberries) and aromatic herbs (peppermint, thyme, rosemary, savory). There is also a fine hint of violet, coffee and chocolate in the background. On the palate, the wine expresses power and freshness. There are tangy flavors of red cherry, morello cherry, raspberry and the finesse of violet, elderflower and liquorice. The tannins are grippy, a bit drying on the finish. The finish is persistent, on the freshness thanks to the high acidity, and on a concentrated and fresh fruity bouquet. Beautiful structure and energy.
