The wine is pale with a nice bright color on the melon. The nose is intense with a smoky minerality that emerges. We have fruits like peach and juicy apricot as well as vegetal notes of aromatic herbs. The second nose opens, delicate, with touches of pine sap and juicy yellow peach as well as an imperceptible hint of ripe mango. The palate is fresh with good refreshing acidity. We have fruits like peach and also apple, a touch of spices like cardamom and a touch of liquorice. The whole is fresh and concludes with black fruits such as blackberry accompanied by a slight bitterness.
