On the nose, fruity and offers elegance, gourmandize, smoothness as well as a certain richness (in finesse). It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, blackberry and slightly crushed raspberry associated with small touches of blueberry, lily and very fine hints of chocolate and toast. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers a juicy/acidic structure, finesse, a certain delicacy as well as a justly conducted richness and a certain purity of fruit. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackcurrant, bursting cherry and more slightly fresh/juicy raspberry combined with a touch of juicy/acidic blueberry as well as hints of lily, plum blossom, fresh blond tobacco, a subtle waft of star anise and almond. Good length. The tannins are precise and finely mellow. Good persistence.
