The nose is aromatic and concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry, vanilla and small notes of crushed raspberry, gray pepper associated with touches of crushed cassis, chocolate as well as very discreet hints of liquorice. The wine needs to be put in carafe. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, freshness, a mineral frame, a beautiful roundness, a small unctuosity as well as a good guideline / dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of crushed cassis associated with small touches of fleshy small black fruits, chocolate, vanilla, caramelization, violet as well as a very discreet touch of pepper (in the background). Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length.
