Château La Rose Brana 2024 – Saint-Estèphe

The nose is aromatic, peppery and offers fine floral notes and a lovely grain. It reveals notes of pulpy raspberry, small bright berries and small notes of cassis, associated with touches of violet, as well as fine hints of sweet tobacco, cubeb pepper, nutmeg, a discreet floral hint and an imperceptible hint of almost blood orange/mandarin. The palate is fruity, mineral, bright and offers juicy, elegant fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, bright cassis and small notes of fresh violet plum, combined with touches of small red berries, as well as fine hints of vanilla, violet, bergamot and a subtle, almost mandarin-like hint and toasted in the background. Good length. The tannins are precise and mellow. A tangy hint on the finish/persistence.
