The nose is elegant, racy and offers delicacy in its power, harmony and a lovely fine, silky texture. There are notes of Morello cherry, juicy/fresh strawberry and more slightly juicy/fresh blackcurrant combined with hints of lily, violet, fine tobacco, racy minerality and a subtle hint of cola and saffron (in its floral side). The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, smoothness, freshness, elegance, balance, fine acidity, tension and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy wild blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly violet combined with a touch of blueberry, fleshy strawberry, fine hints of star anise, light tobacco and a subtle hint of racy minerality and sweet spice. Some mellowness and a fine chewiness on the finish/persistence. Lovely juiciness and brightness of fruit.
