Château La Roque de By 2019 – Médoc

The nose is elegant, racy and offers a small richness. It reveals notes of cassis, strawberry, small notes of fleshy cherry associated with touches of small black fruits, violet as well as discreet hints of cuben pepper, almond and a very discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame,a good definition and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of cherry associated with touches of small red berries, raspberry as well as fine hints of vanilla, almond and chocolate (in the background). Good length.
