The nose is precise and offers the right concentration. We find notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and more slightly ripe blackcurrant combined with light notes of vanilla, toasted almond and fine nuances of violet (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, just the right amount of concentration, a nice ripeness on the red fruits, good definition and an acidic spine. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy raspberry, bright plum and slightly crushed blackcurrant notes combined with hints of liquorice stick, vanilla, cocoa and fine toasted hints.
