Château La Rivière 2018 – Fronsac

The nose is fruity, racy and offers richness. It reveals notes of fleshy berries, fleshy raspberry and fine touches of fleshy blackberry associated with fine hints of vanilla, flower, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of cardamom and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful ripe/juicy fruit, a mineral frame, a fine freshness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshyjuicy raspberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy blue fruits associated with touches of cornflower, caramelization, vanilla and toasted. Tannins are well-built.
