Château La Renaissance 2022 – Pomerol

The nose is spicy, aromatic and offers a certain gourmandise, some souppleness, energy, a distinctly tight richness. It expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and more slightly – violet, associated with touches of vanilla and toast. The palate is fruity, fresh, creamy and offers good definition and a certain gourmandise. It expresses notes of fleshy/pulp blackberry, creamy blackcurrant and more slightly – creamy raspberry, associated with a touch of pulpy purple plum as well as hints of chocolate/tonka bean and a fine hint of cardamom. The tannins are soft. A very discreet sappy hint in the background.
