The nose reveals notes of cassis and wild berries associated with fine touches of black pepper, liquorice, cassis bud (in the background) and cola. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, suavity, fullness, a small acid frame, a racy minerality, freshness as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, fleshy blackberry and more slightly crushed raspberry associated with touches of cola as well as subtle touches of sweet spices, vanilla and an imperceptible touch of tonka bean. Good length.
