The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is refined and delicate. It offers tension, a fine concentration and a certain complexity: we find aromas of fresh wild strawberry, dried strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, elderberry and cranberries, associated with notes of minerality (wet stone); slightly ferrous touch, spices (white pepper, cloves, a fine touch of licorice), dried wild flowers, as well as a touch of smoke and cocoa in the background. The palate is structured and firm, but balanced by a juicy fruitiness. We find notes of wild strawberry, red cherry, dried strawberry, cranberries, crushed raspberry, as well as melted and integrated spicy and woody notes (licorice, clove, ground cumin, white pepper), a touch smoke in the background, as well as delicate floral (dried rose, wild flowers) and mineral (wet stone) notes. The finish is precise, juicy and fruity, with a slight bitterness of tannins. The acidity is salivating, but supple and pleasant. Good structure, flesh and balance.
