The wine has a pale ruby color. Rather discreet on the nose, it expresses a certain concentration and complexity. We find notes of fresh red cherry, dried cranberries, raspberry, strawberry and red currant, floral aromas of dried rose, wild flowers and violet, as well as a touch of white pepper, ground cumin and of dried rosemary, with a slight note of roasted meat and smoke in the background. On the palate, the wine offers juiciness and ripe fruity notes. It expresses the flavors of red cherry (with a touch of morello cherry), strawberry, crushed raspberry, cranberry juice, red currant, as well as a hint of white pepper, dried wild flowers, ground cumin and smoke in the background. The tannins are fine, well structured. Beautiful acidity which brings tension and a chiseled structure to the wine. The finish is persistent, with an expressive note of tart red cherry and a fine smoky note. A fresh and precise wine ,with a certain concentration and good length.
