The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers power (in finesse) and a fine grain. It reveals notes of ripe/bright wild cassis, black blackberry, small notes of crushed blueberry, cornflower, liquorice as well as very fine hints of dark chocolate and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous/racy frame, a fine grain, harmony and silkiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of griotte, crushed wild cassis, small notes of blueberry associated with fine touches of cornflower, lily as well as very fine hints of chocolate, zan, cuben pepper and black tea.
