The nose is fruity, creamy and elegant. It presents airiness in its creaminess. We perceive notes of creamy blackberries, bright blackcurrants and small notes of bigarreau cherries associated with touches of violet as well as fine touches of crunchy berries and hints of chocolate vanilla. The palate is fruity with juiciness, freshness and delicacy. There is tanginess with good definition and airiness in its creaminess. There is accuracy and some fatness with notes of creamy cassis, blackberry and faint blueberries associated with touches of fresh wild strawberries as well as a hint of fresh creamy blue berries as well as hints of fresh nutmeg, racy minerality and a hint of chocolate. Good length, lovely freshness and minerality, gourmandise. There is a certain purity in the mouth.
