The palate offers a beautiful gourmand fruit, concentration as well as a small intensity. It reveals notes of griotte, crushed blackberry, small notes of liquorice associated with touches of blueberry, crushed strawberry as well as hints of violet, lily and fine hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a small freshness, a fine gourmandize, a good definition, a discreetly tight certain concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, griotte, small notes of juicy/fresh blackberry associated with touches of small crushed/acidulous red fruits as well as hints of liquorice, discreet hints of saffron, violet and toasted almond. Good length. A wine quite ripe on the fruit but with an acidity which brings balance.
