The nose is elegant, fine and offers a certain deepness, a fine grain and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of crushed Boysen berry, fleshy blueberry, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, violet, violet plum as well as hints of liquorice and fine hints of chocolate. The palate is fruity and offers a beautiful freshness, a certain richness, a small concentration, gourmandize, a beautiful fruit under spotlight as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blueberry, bright cassis and small notes of juicy/fresh violet plum associated with touches of fleshy raspberry as well as hints of cornflower, lily, small crushed/juicy red berries, chocolate, a hint of caramelization, a subtle hint of vanilla as well as an imperceptible hint of hazelnut and toasted. Tannins are elegant, racy and offer a fine chewiness. Sapidity on the finish/persistence.
