The nose is aromatic, elegant, flowery and offers a certain complexity. It reveals notes of brigth blackberry, crushed plumand small notes of lily, pistil (almost white flowers) associated with touches of pulpy/fleshy cherry as well as fine hints of pepper, a discreet hint of liquorice and an imperceptible hint of saffron. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous/juicy frame, a beautiful definition, gourmandize, suavity and a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, bright violet plumand small notes of cherry, raspberry associated with small touches of blueberry, pistil, white flowers as well as fine hints of cardamom, coffee, camphor, a very discreet hint of hazelnut and saffron. Good length. Tannins are well-built and elegant. Good length.
