Pretty, elegant, precise, racy, crystalline, dynamic and fruity nose. There are notes of fresh white peach, bright apple and small notes of fresh citrus, associated with touches of fresh passion fruit, pear blossom, as well as a discreet hint of fresh grapefruit, star fruit and a subtle hint of almost fresh hazelnut (in the background). The palate is well-built, elegant, fruity and offers great purity / crystalline side, energy, delicacy and precision. Well-built. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, pulpy/juicy vine peach and small notes of small bright white fruits, combined with fine hints of pink lychee, a hint of grapefruit blossom and citrus. Lovely finish offering sapidity, creaminess and a subtle hint of sappy (in the background, driving the tasting). Good work on the good bitters.
