The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers a small power (full of control) as well as a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of fleshy apple, fleshy/fresh William pear, small notes of small crunchy white fruits associated with touches of ripe lemon, lemon flowers as well as hints of mesocarp, fleshy Mirabelle, very fine hints of flowers and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, beautifully defined and offers purity of the fruit, gourmandize, a fine richness (full of control, balance), suavity as well as a small fat and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, apple, small notes of fleshy/juicy vine peach associated with small touches of kumquat, juicy/fleshy Mirabelle as well as fine hints of quenette and a discreet hint of lemon flowers. Good length. A fine bitter (a good one), very fine hints of toasted and grilled hazelnut on the persistence.
