It reveals notes of wild strawberry, ripe/crunchy wild cassis and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of cornflower, raspberry, racy minerality as well as fine hints of cardamom, tea, toasted and liquorice stick. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful definition/precision, a beautifully fine grain, an aerial side, a fine tension, a fine richness/ripe fruits, an acidulous frame, a small fat, suavity, fullness, minerality as wel as a beautiful material and a silky material. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of tonka bean, violet, a discreet hint of violet as well as a discreet hint of iris, hints of chocolate, toasted/vanilla and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). Tannins are elegant, fine, straight and finely dusty. Good length and persistence. There is a discreet hint of almond on the persistence.
