The nose is fruity, gourmand, racy, elegant and harmonious. It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe strawberry and slight toasted notes and chocolate. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, mineral, racy and offers a beautiful tension, finesse, lots of harmony and a silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe red fruit (cherry, strawberry, a touch of raspberry) associated with discreet notes of cassis, slight notes of sweet spices, toasted oak as well as slight notes of caramel / discreet notes of mocha on the finish. Beautiful length and endless persistence.
