The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with slight green reflections. The nose is fresh with fine hints of fresh liquorice. We also have lemon zest. It’s discreet. The second nose opens with notes of nectarine as well as fresh mango. The palate is fresh and fruity with notes of juicy yellow peach but also pineapple and always pulpy lemon. The finish has a saline touch.
