It expresses notes of fresh/pulpy blackberry, juicy/ripe blackcurrant and more slightly – small bright red berries, associated with touches of cornflower, cherry blossom, as well as hints of liquorice stick and a fine hint of cardamom and blond tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, good definition, gourmandize, suavity, a little silkiness. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – crushed cherry, associated with touches of bright redcurrant, hints of flowers, infusion and a hint of star anise. Good length. The tannins are sapid and savoury.
