On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, juicy / pulpy raspberry and more slightly sour cherry associated with touches of violet, limestone minerality, hints of spices, varietal, toasted as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg and toasted almond. Tannins are precise, finely mellow and discreetly tight. Good length.
