The wine has a very pale melon color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is fresh, discreet, mineral with hints of orange blossom. The second nose confirms the citrus trend with kumquat but also juicy plum. We are gradually finding stone fruits such as white peaches. The attack is fresh, mineral with a beautiful enveloping acidity. We have lemon zest, but also small red fruits like redcurrant. The apple is present. The mid-palate is pleasant, supported by fruits from the orchard. The finish is delicate, a little vinous, salivating, tangy.
