(85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon) The nose is aromatic, relatively powerful and relatively incisive. It reveals notes of quince and citrus associated with fine hints of oak, musk / almond as well as a discreet hint of lemon zest and honeysuckle. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, quince and fine notes of pear associated with fine touches of exotic fruit, honeysuckle as well as discreet hints of beeswax and oak. Good length.
