Château La Loubière 2018 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, powerful and offers concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of juicy cherry, juicy wild red berries associated with fine touches of gray pepper, flowers as well as very discreet hints of spices and a subtle hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, a small freshness, suavity as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, suavity as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy/ripe cassis and small notes of crunchy/juicy strawberry associated with small touches of small red berries, flowers (cornflower…) as well as fine hints of liquorice, racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of caramelization (in the backgroud). Tannins are finely tight. Good length.
