The nose is relatively elegant. It reveals notes of ripe black fruit combined with a few woody notes as well as slight toasted/roasted notes. The palate is silky, harmonious, fleshy, quite powerful, relatively dense and provides a certain tension. In the mouth it expresses notes of blueberry cream, cassis and slight notes of red fruit (especially strawberries), spices, pepper, black berries and cocoa. Tannins are mellow. Good length and persistence. There are slight notes of white pepper on the finish. A beautiful wine!
