The nose is fruity and quite aromatic. It reveals notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of cornflowers associated with a touch of blackberry, star anise as well as discreet almost vanilla hints. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, fine tension as well as a mineral/juicy structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, raspberry and small notes of cherry in kirsch associated with fine touches of violet as well as a hint of cardamom. Good length. Salinity and a fine chewiness on the finish.
