The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers a small concentration, deepness as well as a nice, intense, delicate and precise grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, blueberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cornflowers, zan, black tea as well as discreet hints of limestone/graphite. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, a certain tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, bright/shiny cassis and small notes of bright redcurrant associated with touches of lily, cornflower, zan as well as fine hints of vanilla and roasting. Tannins are sapid, mellow and gourmand. Nice salinity in the background.
